The Challenge
Hotel Chocolat needed a more efficient way to manage video surveillance across its growing UK store estate.
The business required centralised access to footage across multiple locations, while reducing reliance on individual on-site systems and engineer call-outs.
Our Solution
Following a successful trial, Spectrum began rolling out a cloud Video Management System across Hotel Chocolat’s estate.
Each location uses a Cloud Managed Video Recorder (CMVR), combining secure cloud connectivity with reliable local video storage.
Today, more than 200 cameras across 30+ stores are connected, giving authorised teams secure remote access to live and recorded footage across the estate.
The Results
Hotel Chocolat now benefits from centralised security management, improved visibility across its stores and a scalable platform for future expansion.
Remote diagnostics also allow Spectrum to identify and resolve many issues without an engineer attending site, helping reduce downtime and unnecessary call-outs.
