The Challenge

Harry Ramsden’s needed a more reliable way to manage CCTV across its restaurants. Ageing cameras and failing DVRs had led to lost footage, while managers had limited remote access and no simple way to check whether systems were working across multiple sites.

Our Solution

Spectrum installed a cloud-based Video Management System across 30 restaurants, connecting more than 150 cameras to a secure central platform.

Authorised managers can now view live and recorded footage remotely. Video analytics also alert teams to activity outside trading hours, helping them respond quickly when needed.

The rollout was completed with minimal disruption to operating restaurants and provides a platform that can support future expansion.
