The Challenge
Managing video surveillance across a large restaurant estate presented Côte with challenges around central visibility, scalability and ongoing maintenance.
The business needed a solution that could bring multiple locations onto one platform while working with existing camera infrastructure and minimising disruption to operational restaurants.
Our Solution
Following a successful pilot at Côte Butchery, Spectrum began rolling out a cloud-based Video Management System (VMS) across the estate.
More than 200 cameras across 20+ restaurants are now connected, giving authorised teams secure access to live and recorded footage from desktop and mobile devices.
By integrating with existing cameras, Spectrum was able to maximise Côte’s previous investment while creating a scalable platform for future locations.
The Results
Côte now benefits from centralised visibility across multiple restaurants, secure remote access and faster incident investigation, with a flexible platform designed to scale across its wider estate.
Spectrum continues to provide maintenance and technical support across Côte’s 84 restaurants and head offices.
